On Sunday 10th December, from the hours of 5pm to 5am Monday 11th December, a Dispersal Order has been put in place to cover the whole of the Flintshire North Policing District.
This area is defined by the map and runs from Mancot/Pentre to the Talacre area and includes the areas in between.
This is to prevent any anti-social behaviour including driving.
This is due to information received that events are planned within this area.
Our local officers will be out enforcing this power should It be needed.
This power comes from Section 35 of the Anti-Social Behaviour Crime and Policing Act 2014.

Officers will also be out conducting stops under the Road Traffic Act for Op Limit which is the National Drink and Drug Drive Campaign.
