Detectives have charged Jordan Cookson, aged 27, of Cliveden Road in Chester, with possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin.
He is due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court today (13 October).

Detectives in Chester investigating serious and organised crime have arrested two men.
A 27-year-old man and a 43-year-old man were stopped by police while in a vehicle on Queens Park View at 5pm on Tuesday 12 October.
Following a search of the 27-year-old police seized a large quantity of class A drugs.
The 27-year-old was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply crack cocaine and heroin and is currently in police custody.
The 43-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply cocaine and has since been released under investigation.
Anthony Price, aged 43, of Sycamore Drive in Chester has been charged with driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
