Police have charged a 19-year-old Wrexham man with a number of theft offences following an investigation by Chester Proactive Team.
Leighton Mercer from Crescent Road, Wrexham was charged with four counts of theft from motor vehicles, three counts of attempt theft from motor vehicles and one count of fraud by false representation.
The charges relate to incidents in the Huntington area of Chester between 23rd and 29th January.
The fraud relates to a stolen bank card being used.
He has been bailed to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on 14th February.
