Officers investigating a robbery in Ellesmere Port have charged a man in relation to the incident.
Damien Brewer was arrested on Sunday 1st February following the theft of a mobile phone from a man on Civic Way.
The 32-year-old of no fixed abode has since been charged with one count of robbery.
He has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday 3rd February.
