A Blacon lad started his walk from Chester city centre to Amsterdam for Mind mental health today.
In this day and age too many people are silently suffering with mental health and we desperately lack resources and funding to help.
After struggling with his own mental health for years, and losing too many friends because of their mental health, Tyler Ogorman has decided to try his hand at doing something about it.
He aims to raise a minimum of £1000 for Mind UK and raise awareness of the lack of support available for people struggling day to day.
He is planning to walk from Chester to Amsterdam .
This will take him 23 days to complete and he will be walking over 500 miles in total.
The starting date is 1st September and his journey will be as follows:
Day 1 Chester Town Hall to Market Drayton.
Day 2 Market Drayton to Coven Heath
Day 3 Coven Heath to Solihull
Day 4 Solihull to Leamington Spa
Day 5 Leamington Spa to Weedon Bec
Day 6 Weedon Bec to Milton Keynes
Day 7 Milton Keynes to Hemel Hempstead
Day 8 Hemel Hempstead to Shoreditch
Day 9 Shoreditch to Gravesend
Day 10 Gravesend to Canterbury
Day 11 Canterbury to Dover
Day 12 Ferry from Dover to Calais and walk from Calais to Gravelines
Day 13 Gravelines to Brey-dunes
Day 14 Brey-dunes to Jabbeke
