Officers investigating a series of burglaries across Chester, Ellesmere Port and Wirral have charged three men in relation to the offences.
The following three men were arrested on Tuesday 11th March:
- Kelvin Franklin, 23, of no fixed abode
- Marlon Burrows, 23, of Maud Street, Liverpool
- Alexander Emslie, 63, of Birchmuir, Chester
All three have been charged with conspiracy to commit burglary, conspiracy to steal motor vehicles, being concerned in the supply of class A drugs (heroin and crack cocaine) and possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin and crack cocaine).
They appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 13th March where they were remanded in custody to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday 10 April.
The charges relate to reports of nine burglaries between 17th and 25th February 2025 across Chester, Ellesmere Port and Wirral.
