Road Reopening: A550 (Tinkersdale)

Flintshire County Council has advised that the A550 (Tinkersdale) between Dobshill Roundabout and Glynne Way reopened at 5pm today (Friday, 12 July), following the completion of essential repair works.

The road had to be closed for full carriageway resurfacing recently due to significant deterioration of the road condition.

In addition to resurfacing, additional works have taken place including cropping any overhanging trees and branches, road sweeping and repairing the pedestrian restraint fences to ensure the safety and usability of the road.

Once again, the Council would like to thank residents and businesses in the area for their patience and understanding during these necessary works.
