Pop up and walk-in COVID-19 vaccination clinics for all over the age of 18 from 17th July

Walk-in, mobile, pop-up vaccination clinics will be operating in Winsford, Ellesmere Port, Chester and Lache next week, offering COVID-19 vaccinations to all adults over the age of 18.

There are also walk in clinics at the vaccination centres at Ellesmere Port, Vicars Cross and Northwich.

All of the clinics are able to offer the Pfizer vaccine for any adult over the age of 18.

The Pfizer vaccine is available to all as a first dose and as a second dose to those who have already one dose of Pfizer, providing there is an eight-week gap between doses.

No appointment is necessary to attend any of the free mobile clinics.

The programme of mobile walk-in clinics for week beginning Monday, 19 July, will be:

  • Monday, 19 July, Winsford Industrial Estate, Adjacent Unit 8, Road One, CW7 3RQ, 11am – 7pm (Pfizer)
  • Tuesday, 20 July, TTE Training (Car Park), New Horizons House, New Bridge Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 4LT, 11am -7pm (Pfizer)
  • Wednesday, 21 July, Chester Retail Park, Sealand Road, CH1 4RY, 11am – 7pm (Pfizer)
  • Thursday, 22 July, Lache Community Centre, Hawthorn Road, Chester, CH4 8HX, 11am-7pm (Pfizer)

  • Open Daily, Ellesmere Port Civic Hall, Civic Way, CH65 0AZ, 9am – 1.30pm and 2pm – 5.30pm (Pfizer)
  • Saturday, 17 July, Vicars Cross United Reformed Church, Oldfield Drive, CH3 5LL, 9.30am – noon and 1pm – 6.30pm (offering Astra Zeneca, Pfizer and Moderna)
  • Saturday, 17 July, Northwich Vaccination Centre, Hartford Methodist Church, Beach Road, CW8 3AB 10am – 6pm (Astra Zeneca and Pfizer)
  • Sunday, 18 July, Vicars Cross United Reformed Church, Oldfield Drive CH3 5LL, 9.30am – noon and 1pm – 6.30pm (offering Astra Zeneca, Pfizer and Moderna)
  • Thursday, 22 July, Friday, 23 July and Saturday, 24 July, Northwich Vaccination Centre, Hartford Methodist Church, Beach Road CW8 3AB, 10am – 6pm (Astra Zeneca and Pfizer)

Cllr Louise Gittins, Leader of Cheshire West and Chester Council, said: “Please go and get vaccinated as soon as you are able. It is quick and easy. No appointment is necessary, just walk in.

“While restrictions are being lifted from Monday, 19 July, COVID-19 cases are high in the borough, particularly amongst younger people. The vaccines offer a very high degree of protection for all.

“Vaccination will not only protect you but will protect your loved ones too.”
