Police are looking to locate Lewis Higgins, 34, from Whitchurch.
Higgins is wanted in connection with drugs supply offences and has links to Whitchurch, Chester and Malpas.
He is described as a white, with short, light-coloured hair, and is 5ft 3 ins tall and of proportionate build.
