Two men have been charged following an incident in Ellesmere Port.
Thomas Davenport, 35, and Bradley Cooper, 22, were arrested at around 7pm on Saturday 20th December.
The pair have since been charged with using threatening/abusive/insulting words or behaviour to cause alarm or distress.
The pair have been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court on Monday 22nd December.
The charges relate to an incident that occurred at around 6.14pm on Saturday 20th December in the Heathfield Road area of Ellesmere Port.
