MATCH PREVIEW: Chester FC v Darlington

The Blues, now eight unbeaten, host high-flying Darlington this weekend at the Deva.

Tuesday’s 4-0 FA Cup win at Hanley Town brought plenty of positives, including a goalscoring double return for Kole Hall, and first minutes of action for Declan Weeks since the August Bank Holiday.

A trip to Oldham Athletic beckons in the Fourth Qualifying Round, but first attentions are very much on this weekend and Darlington – who could go top this Saturday with a positive result against Calum McIntyre’s men.

Darlo have won five league matches on the spin, but were defeated at Hyde United in Cup action last weekend, former Blues loanee Jack Redshaw scoring the winner.

Kick off on Saturday afternoon is 3pm.
