Detectives from Chester have charged a man with drugs offences following a warrant in the city.
At around 2.30pm on Thursday 18th June, officers from Chester Proactive Policing Unit executed a warrant at a flat in St Annes tower, on St Anne Street, Chester.
During the raid officer recovered a large quantity of heroin and approximately £6,000 cash.
A 37-year-old man was also arrested at the property.
Sean Randles, of Victoria Avenue, Ellesmere Port, has since been charged with two counts of possession with intent to supply class A drugs (heroin and cocaine) and possession of criminal property.
Randles appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Saturday 20th June where he was remanded in custody, he is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Monday 20th July.
