Officers investigating reports of a burglary in Chester have charged a man in connection with the incident.
Stephen Prior, of Northgate Street in Chester, was arrested on Wednesday 7th January 2026.
The 47-year-old has since been charged with burglary, attempted burglary and breaching a criminal behaviour order.
Prior will next appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday 5th February 2026.
The charges relate to reports of a burglary at an address in Clifton Drive, Blacon, on Thursday 1st January 2026 and an attempted burglary at the location on Friday 2nd January 2026.
