Officers investigating a serious collision on the M6 in Cheshire have charged a man in connection with the incident.
John Frazer Yates, of no fixed abode, North Wales, was arrested on Tuesday 15 November following a three-vehicle collision on the M6 in Thelwall.
The 28-year-old has since been charged with causing serious injury by dangerous driving, failing to stop following a collision, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and failing to report a collision.
Yates appeared at Chester Magistrates' Court today, Wednesday 16 November, where he was remanded in custody.
He is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Wednesday 14 December.
