Detectives from Chester have charged a man with multiple offences following an arrest in the city.
At around 1.30pm on Monday 4 September officers searching for a wanted attended an address on Carter Street, Chester.
Two men were arrested and, following questioning, one of the men has since been charged with multiple offences.
Luke Huston (aka Luke Fenner), 34, of Adlington Place, Chester, has been charged with section 18 assault, assault, criminal damage, escaping lawful custody and remaining unlawfully at large after recall to prison.
Huston has been remanded in custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court later today, Wednesday 6 September.
The second man, aged 32, has since been released on conditional bail until 20 November.
