Landlords and letting agents from across Flintshire are invited to an online event this week bringing together housing professionals to discuss key issues in the private rented sector.
The event, organised by the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA) in partnership with Flintshire County Council Landlords Forum, will provide updates and guidance on topics including new legislation affecting landlords, housing standards and wider developments within the sector.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions.
The forum aims to encourage positive engagement with landlords and agents while supporting high-quality housing across the county.
The event will be held online on Thursday May 14th, from 6 pm to 7.30 pm.
