Chester Northgate unveils The Florist as its latest restaurant letting

The Florist is the latest restaurant to take space in the forthcoming Chester Northgate development, building on the success of its existing sites in Liverpool, Bristol and Watford.

The Florist is part of ‘The New World Trading Company’, an award-winning operator with a portfolio of 29 restaurants including The Botanist, The Club House and The Oast House brands. Inspired by floristry, this new venue will deliver a unique and sensory experience to guests from day through to evening, Featuring an abundance of flowers, vibrant food, fragrant cocktails and live music.

The Florist will join Tapas Revolution, Cosy Club and Picturehouse Cinema already announced as key lettings in the city centre development, and will occupy an 8,600 sq. ft. space over two floors in the arcade element of the scheme fronting Northgate Street and the new public square at the heart of the Northgate development.

Due to open in spring 2022, construction of the long-awaited Northgate cultural and leisure development commenced in July which will also include a new indoor market for Chester and a multi-storey car park and public square adjacent to the Storyhouse cultural centre that opened in 2017.
