Here are the latest results from the Chester & Wirral Football League...

Runcorn Sports Development and Poulton Vics are the early front-runners in the CWFL Olympic Trophies Championship, with both sides maintaining their unbeaten starts on Saturday after seven games played. Second-placed Poulton Vics secured a 3-1 home win against Chester Nomads Developments thanks to goals from Callum Maddocks, Alfie Naylor, and Cam Tilston, with Nick Crouch netting a consolation for the visitors. Leaders Runcorn Sports Development had a more straightforward afternoon, recording a comfortable 5-0 victory against Cestrian Alex. Zach Comer led the way with a brace, while Jack Hunter, Jimmy O’Connor, and Ryan Bazley completed the scoring.

Elsewhere in the division, Hoole Rovers ended Total Academies' unbeaten start with a fine 3-1 home victory. Jamie Swanton scored twice and Josh Price also found the net, while Bobby Brown responded for the visitors. Willaston FC moved up to fourth following a solid 3-0 away win at West Kirby United, courtesy of a Jacob Martlew brace and a goal from Brooklyn Manda. In the local derby, West Kirby FC U23s took the bragging rights against West Kirby United U18s with a 2-0 victory.

The CWFL Queensferry Premier Division action began on Friday night, as leaders New Brighton Riptide defeated Blacon Reserves 7-3. Billy Rainbow was in clinical form, scoring four times, while a Ben Morris brace and a Leighton Clarke effort completed the scoreline. Blacon's goals came via a Joe Henry double and a strike from Jake Roger.

Meanwhile, M.U.C United and Chester Nomads Thirds played out an entertaining 3-3 draw. Adam Hagger, Karzan Azizi, and Abdikani Sala all scored for United, while James Lloyd bagged a brace and Will Jones also targeted for Nomads. Upton JFC Reserves defeated Whitegate United 3-2, thanks to a brace from Chris Brett and a single from Jord Mather. Will Reid and Jack Lancley scored the consolidation goals for Whitegate.

In the CWFL Tarvin Precision Vets Division Three on Friday night, Tarvin Vets secured a heavy 13-1 win over Frodsham Town Vets. Ben Reddock scored six times, Mathew Andrews claimed five, and Samuel Kilner added a brace.

Saturday's vet’s' action opened in Division One, where league leaders Davenham JFC Vets defeated AFC Waverton Vets 4-3 to stay top. Craig Humphries scored twice, with Oliver James and Marco Carluchi also on target, while Waverton's replies came from a Mike Andrews double and a Paul Caputo strike. Cheshire Vikings Vets got their league campaign up and running with a 3-1 home victory against Crossway Vets. Michael Shaw, Jack Towers, and Jack Brookes scored for the hosts, while Justin Osuji replied for Crossway.

In Division Two, leaders Hoole Wanderers Vets defeated Great Sutton Vets 9-0, featuring hat-tricks from Wil Campbell, Tom Swinburne, and John Darkwah, with James Withe completing the scoring. AFC Nelson Vets ran out 5-0 winners against Hoole Rangers FC Vets following a Dean Haley hat-trick and further goals from Danny Fortune and Chris Exley.Finally, in Division Three, Eastham Rangers Vets were leading Saughall Vets 1-0 before the original report concluded.
