Here are the latest results for the Chester and Wirral Football League.

The CWFL Olympic Trophies Championship kicked off on Friday evening, where league newcomers Runcorn Sports Development faced Willaston FC. A single goal from Carl Phillips settled the match, securing a 1-0 win and all three points for Runcorn.

On Saturday, The Grange encountered a difficult start to their campaign, falling to a 3-1 defeat away at Poulton Vics. The home side scored through Alfie Naylor, Callum Maddocks, and an own goal, while Joseph Hancox provided the lone response for The Grange. Meanwhile, Chester Nomads Development FC earned a narrow 3-2 victory against West Kirby United U18. Goals from George Cartwright, Nick Crouch, and an own goal ensured Chester Nomads Development FC took the points.

In the CWFL QueensFerry Sport Premier Division, Upton JFC recorded a comprehensive victory away at Elton JFC. Josh Robinson scored twice, with further goals from Freddie Bulow, Sam Rockall, Hal Senturk, and Tom Wynne-Jones completing a 6-0 win. Last season's Championship winners, FC Farndon, found their introduction to the top tier challenging, suffering a 6-0 home defeat against New Brighton Riptide. The visitors established their credentials with a brace from Jamie Payne and individual strikes from Ben Morris, Ray Upton, Oscar Sargent, and Troy Galer.

Elsewhere, Chester Nomads 3rds and Blacon Youth Reserves played out a 2-2 draw. Josh Camy and James Lloyd were on target for Chester Nomads 3rds, while Aden Parker and Dan Ward responded for Blacon Youth Reserves. Finally, M.U.C United continued their strong goal scoring form from last season. Star Striker Adam Hagger scored a hat-trick and Jamil Muhammed added a fourth as M.U.C United defeated Handbridge 4-2. Luke Allen scored both goals for Handbridge.
