Chester FC Women picked up an important three points on Easter Sunday, beating Wigan 3 - 0 at the KGV Sports Hub.
After a goalless opening 45, The Blues struck three times in the final 20 minutes to win courtesy of top scorer Emma Gray, then Chenai Lefebvre, before sub Sophia O’Neill wrapped it up late on.
The Blues have two games remaining, both at the Deva, starting tomorrow night against bottom side Litherland – with the gap to finish third now just three points.
