Police are appealing for witnesses and video footage following a fail to stop collision on the M56 near Runcorn.
At 5.37pm on Tuesday 10 February police were called to a collision on the M56 eastbound, between junction 14 (near to Helsby) and junction 12 (Runcorn) towards Manchester.
The caller reported that there had been a collision between a Ford Transit Tipper and a silver van. Thankfully, there were no reports of any serious injuries.
The driver of the van failed to stop and made towards Manchester.
Enquiries in relation to the incident are ongoing and officers are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the collision, or anyone with any dashcam footage.
They are also keen to hear from anyone with the registration number of the silver van.
