CarFest, the family festival has a star studded line up for the Covid-compliant ‘Camp’ CarFest North taking place at Bolesworth Estate in Cheshire, 23rd-25th July 2021.
McFly, Basement Jaxx, All Saints, Texas, The Charlatans, Tom Grennan and The Magic Numbers top the music bill for the highly sought after event. As well as artists appearing on big screens there will be viewing pods in front of the stages so guests can party in style safely.
Don’t forget your dancing shoes, as capacities will be reduced and the amount of space increased to ensure social distancing (and grooving) can still take place whilst enjoying the live performances. CarFest North has also gathered together some of the country’s top DJs to spin the decks and keep the festival vibes flowing on the Club CarFest Stage with performances from Gok Wan, Richard Jones & Sophie Ellis-Bextor and an epic DJ Battle from top kid’s entertainers Dick and Dom.
In addition to the hottest music line up, foodie lovers prepare to get excited…the kitchen stage will be hosting celebrity chefs and bake off winners, as well as Michelin star restaurants delivering a programme of culinary fun. From Candice Brown and Atul Kochhar to Melissa Hemsley and José Pizarro – the great line up will be cooking up a storm and doing what they do best on the kitchen stage throughout the weekend long event.
The Covid-compliant Camp CarFest has been described by the thousands of die-hard fans as ‘the biggest ever village fete’ with a mission to bring the true spirit of family to life. The hard-working events team has designed the festival to be fully covid-compliant, so friends and family can enjoy all the usual treats from their favourite summer festival with special measures in place to ensure everybody’s safety.

Covid compliant CarFest:
All three festivals have been redesigned to be Covid-compliant with some key guiding principles in place.
• Space: enough space to be properly socially distanced at all times
• More stages: all with socially distanced ‘designated’ pods for bubbles of six
Plus the team will be working to ensure that the whole site, stands and all exhibitors meet with government guidelines:
· Socially distanced exhibitor stands spread across a larger space
· Strict 2m queuing regulations
· Bigger campsite pitches
· Temperature checks on arrival, plenty of hand washing and cleaning facilities, sanitisers, on site signs and marshalls to make sure everyone sticks to the rules and keep each other safe
In 2021, all profits from CarFest and Retro CarFest, including a guaranteed 20% of the price of each ticket, will be donated to UK children’s charities.
BBC Children in Need (a charity registered in England and Wales under number 802052 and in Scotland under number SC039557) will receive 50% of the total funds raised*.
The following four charities will each receive 10% of the total funds raised**:

- Teenage Cancer Trust (Registered Charity No.1062559 in England & Wales and SC039757 in Scotland)
