Ian Fish was born and raised in Chester before moving to the United States of America.
He now lives with his wife Nicola and their dog, who's called Chester (!), in Ventura County which is between LA and Santa Barbara.
He spoke to Dee's Breakfast Presenter, Gavin Matthews, about the recent wildfires which have devastated many parts of the area where he lives.
