During August 2020, in co-operation with their neighbours Edsential, Action Transport Theatre are running a programme of free fun throughout August in Whitby Park, Ellesmere Port.
All activities are for eligible free school meal children and their families & also open to anyone. All events are free of charge and all holiday activities will adhere to the Government’s guidance around COVID-19.
The centerpiece to the activities is InSIDE oUt UpsiDe dOwN (an Arts & Adventure Trail) where families can come and wander our adventure trail, using a special map provided - including story making, games, streamable poems & the odd circus performer!

Action Transport Theatre are undergoing a significant capital project which will result in the transformation of locally listed Whitby Hall into a vibrant and welcoming community arts space in Whitby Park, Ellesmere Port.
The company want people to know about this continuing, exciting and ambitious project for a much loved, but run-down building and look forward to welcoming them when this new art space opens in the future.
Whitby Park Summer Fun is just one of many projects which local people can get involved with as part of an outreach programme underpinning this development.
