This winter, residents can visit Warm, Welcoming Spaces across the borough, providing people with a safe and warm place to be during the colder months.
The Council’s Libraries team have been welcoming people into libraries to use the Warm, Welcoming Spaces since mid-October, providing residents with refreshments, the chance to use free library services and to take part in activities. Library information and opening hours are available on the Council website:

More sites have joined the network over recent weeks, with leisure centres, museums and churches also supporting communities over the winter.
Residents can keep warm in cafés at the Northgate Arena, Ellesmere Port Sports Village, Northwich Memorial Court and Winsford Lifestyle Centre. Opening times: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm, Saturday and Sunday 9am - 3.30pm.
Further details about activities taking place at Brio Leisure Centres can be found on the Brio website: www.brioleisure.org/centres.
Warm Welcoming Spaces are also available at Chester Grosvenor Museum and in the café and shop area of the Lion Saltworks, Northwich. Hot and cold drinks and snacks are available to purchase.
