THE SUCCESSFUL RISE OF RIO

The award-winning RIO Brazilian Steakhouse takes the crown of number one restaurant in Chester, just three weeks after opening.

Now listed as #1 of #320 restaurants in Chester on TripAdvisor, RIO has reached the top spot in record time however, the brand is used to such success after being number one at all its locations after four weeks of opening, but never before seen in three.

Rodrigo Grassi, co-owner of RIO said: 

"We have been overwhelmed with the result coming in at such a record time. When we opened Jesmond, Newcastle Quayside, Durham, Middlesbrough and Warrington, being placed number one came in four weeks for all of these which blew us away every time - but to reach number one in Chester after just three weeks, it’s unbelievable.

"The whole team are a credit to the RIO brand. I am overjoyed with our recruitment choices right the way from the front of house GMs, through to the back of house team and Gaucho chefs. Everyone has such a great work ethic and represents the brands standards so highly, it makes me very proud and every single member of staff is to be congratulated on achieving this accolade. RIO is not only a brand that regularly reaches number one on TripAdvisor for the restaurant locations, but has also been winners of the TripAdvisors Traveller’s Choice awards - the best of the best throughout the country - at both Jesmond and Middlesbrough.

After a successful launch three weeks ago the restaurant welcomed over 700 people through its doors in its opening weekend and has since gone from strength to strength and now the results speak for themselves.

RIO are creating great partnerships in the city sponsoring a race at Chester Racecourse on 15th July which will no doubt bring in the crowds off the back of the successful rise of RIO.

RIO Brazilian Steakhouse is an award winning restaurant brand where Gaucho chefs continuously serve Churrasco style cooked meats sliced directly at your table.
