A teenage boy has been summonsed to court to be charged with a number of offences following an incident in Tarporley.
On Wednesday 28th May, police were called to reports of a vehicle travelling unsafely on Sandstone Lane, Tarporley.
Following enquiries, a 15-year-old boy has been summonsed to court in relation to the incident.
The boy, from the Tarporley area, has since been issued with a postal requisition ordering him to appear at Chester Magistrates' Court on Wednesday 23rd July.
He will answer to charges of driving without insurance, driving without a licence, and driving without due care and attention.
