After what we would consider to be the most difficult two years the Hospitality industry has ever faced, we wanted to bring the Taste Cheshire Food and Drink Awards back with a vengeance.
We have a fresh face; some new awards and we can’t believe how well supported this year’s voting has been by the public. Once again, we have tallied a record number of votes exceeding 58,000 individual votes.
Taste Cheshire CEO Briony Wilson has commented “I would like to thank everyone that has taken the time to vote in this year’s awards, the power of these awards really does lie in your hands. It truly is inspiring to see how many people have got behind their favourite establishments across the area, after what has been a truly difficult time for us all over the last few years; our industry has been hit harder than most. But from me and all the venues who have been shortlisted and nominated, thank you for coming back and supporting us.
The recognition of these awards means so much to our venues because of you, the local regular customers! I would also love to thanks all the great sponsors who have chosen to get involved as this event which would not be possible to do without your support, we are very proud of what Cheshire has to offer and it is clear you are also.”
Now comes the hard part... in just a short amount of time all the nominees below will be mystery dined, shopped, stayed and tasted by our industry experts. All of this, ahead of our celebratory Awards Gala Dinner on Wednesday the 28th September at Chester Racecourse. Tickets for this event are £65.00 per person with a table of ten costing £620 and include a pre-dinner cocktail and a 4 course gala meal provided by Horseradish Catering.
This is the one night of the year the hospitality industry, collectively lets its hair down and it is always one of the feature nights of the calendar.
