Families with children aged under three are invited to share their experiences of infant feeding services.
The Cheshire West Infant Feeding survey is open until 15 February and results will be used to understand how well services are working to help families with infant feeding and where improvements might be needed.
It is open to all families who have had a child in the past three years and who have accessed services before, during and after the birth of their baby in Cheshire West and Chester.
This includes families who have breastfed, those whose babies have received breastmilk, those whose babies have not received breastmilk and those who have not breastfed.
Anyone taking part in the survey will also have chance to enter a draw to win one of 12 Love2Shop vouchers.
The survey has been developed by Cheshire West and Chester Council, Maternity Voices Chester, Maternity Voices Central Cheshire, Bosom Buddies, voluntary groups and the NHS.
Cllr Bob Cernik, Cheshire West and Chester Council’s Cabinet Member for Children and Families, said: “The Council and its partners believe that every family in Cheshire West and Chester should be able to achieve their goals when it comes to feeding their babies.
“We want to make sure the right services are available in the right places and at the right times to help families when they need it.”
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete and gives families opportunities to comment about the help and support available for infant feeding.
