Over the past few years Rufus Court has gained a lot of incredible independent businesses that have joined existing and established venues.
Rufus Court Festival - Saturday 20th May from 12pm till late.
They would like to take the opportunity to introduce themselves to the people of Chester and beyond. There will be live music, loads of tasty food and drink and some crafts and arts too.
Greenhouse :
An intimate, independently run European tapas restaurant. Serving sharing plates inspired by places like Spain, Italy, Germany and eastern European countries. Located right at the entrance to Rufus Court, opposite its sister bar – The Venetian. On the day, full tapas menu will be available as well as street food selection to take away.
The Venetian :
Northern Italian cocktail & wine bar. Offering a wide selection of Italian wines, aperitifs and specially curated cocktails. Relaxed surroundings, cosy ambience, al fresco seating area in the centre of Rufus Court. On the day, apart from the usual offering, we will be serving a selection of pizzas and an aperitif bar will be set up in the court yard.
Glass Deva:
We make beautiful, unique, personalised fused glass gifts and greeting cards. All handmade in Chester. We also host parties from 6 years onwards, evening slots are available where you can bring your own wine! On the day, you can create a small personalised keepsake as well as choose from the whole range of ready made gifts.
Stigma Tattoo and Piercing:
Custom tattoo studio and bespoke body piercing in Rufus Court. On the day we will be doing kids face painting and fake tattoos. Piercing will also be available.
Hanoi Social:
Tucked away just up the City walls from Northgate street. The menu comprises of tea from the East, Asian cakes & buns and Vietnamese inspired small plates. On the day, Vietnamese street food selection will be available.
Sunrise Pattiserie:
An independent shop selling traditional Portuguese Pastel de Natas custard tarts. Teamed up with a bakery house in Portugal and now importing Natas to UK. Selling them in different flavours like biscoff, cherry, blueberry, raspberry, chocolate and more. Amazing coffee and sweet treat spot.
