Walking for Wellbeing is a relaxed walking group which meets every Tuesday 10am until 12pm.
Everyone is welcome to join us.
This walking group meets at Mill Lane Allotments carpark every week and then follows some local walks.
We support some of the most vulnerable members of the community who want to make new friends and enjoy being outside in the fresh air with other like minded people.
We provided guided accessible walks around some beautiful areas and finish off with a light lunch and refreshments which are provided.
There is a charge for participants, carers are free.
The group meets at Mill Lane Allotments carpark in Connah’s Quay and then walks to various locations in the Deeside area, including Wepre Park and the local cycle path routes along the River Dee.
It is essential that you book on this project in advance, as locations do change according to access and weather conditions.
