Hey Girls have a mission is to eradicate period poverty in the UK.
They want to improve access to quality products & increase education around period health to eliminate shame and stigma.
RainbowBiz CIC is now a community partner, distributing products to the communities we work with.
We aim alongside Hey Girls to get our donations to those that need them.
You can come to the RainbowBiz CIC, Shotton shop anytime to collect FREE products!
Hey Girls are revolutionising periods as the only social enterprise that donates 100% of their profit to funding the fight to eradicate period poverty and lobby for period dignity across the UK.
In under 5 years, they have become the main provider of period products to the local authorities throughout the UK, delivered on huge corporate accounts and won tender contracts over big commercial names.
They are proud to be female lead and the only company to match their product sales exactly as donations – when you buy one, they donate one.
They distribute donations via their UK wide community partner network who work on the frontline to support vulnerable people.
As social enterprise of the year, they break records, boundaries, and bias when it comes to period equality to ensure everyone has access to sustainable products and inclusive education – for free!
RainbowBiz CIC is delighted to be able to support Hey Girls in their mission. Products are now available at the RainbowBiz CIC on Shotton High Street and Via our community projects.
RainbowBiz CIC director Kelly Hatton said:
"I'm proud to have RainbowBiz CIC as a partner with Hey Girls, because they are creating real social change and reaching the areas where these products are truly needed. Due to the cost of living crisis sometimes these products get overlooked and the time is now to ensure we get them distributed to our community!"
