RainbowBiz CIC is a social enterprise based in Flintshire. They support some of the most marginalised members of the community in Flintshire and do this by enabling and empowering their volunteers to develop skills, celebrate people, things that are different and engaging with the local community.
Walking For Wellbeing
A weekly walking group which is fully accessible for everyone to attend including those with mobility aids including wheelchair and scooter users. Join us for some beautiful walks around the local Deeside area and visiting some of our lovely outdoor spaces. Lunch is included but please wear appropriate outdoor clothing and footwear.
Cost £5 per person, carers no charge.
Meets every Tuesday at 10am until 12pm.

Digging Deeside
This group meets outside at Mill Lane Allotments behind Shotton Job Centre. This weekly community gardening project offers basic gardening skills, life skills and the chance to make new friends. Most importantly the project offers a safe place to meet like-minded people.
Cost £5 per person, carers no charge.
Meets every Tuesday at 1pm until 3pm.

Musical Mates
Our Musical Mates group enjoy getting together to make some noise.
This fun musical group meets in Queensferry War Memorial Institute, Deeside, CH5 1SA. It is a great opportunity to meet new friends and have the chance to play our lovely selection of musical instruments. We also have a karaoke machine together with our in house DJ Fozzy! There is free tea, coffee and biscuits available for purchase throughout the session.
Cost £7 per person, carers no charge.
Meets Term Time Thursdays at 1pm until 3pm.
