Police appeal to find wanted man from Chester

Officers are appealing for information to trace wanted man from Chester.

Jimmy Artell is wanted by police for breaching his bail conditions.

The 42-year-old is described as white, 5' 11" tall of slim build with short, light brown hair.

He is known to frequent the Ellesmere Port, Crewe, and Chester areas.
