Police are appealing for witnesses following a fail to stop collision in Chester.
At around 6am on the 3rd of November 2025 a blue Skoda was in a collision with a cyclist on Hoole Road outside the Shell garage.
The car did not stop and drove off.
The cyclist, a man in his 40s, was taken to hospital with serious injuries.
PC Cooling said:
“I’d urge anyone who witnessed the collision and has not yet spoken with police or has dashcam footage which will help us to identify the driver to contact us.”
