Police in Ellesmere Port are appealing for witnesses, information and CCTV footage following a road traffic collision on Cromwell Road.
At around 8.22am today, Friday 13 December, officers in Ellesmere Port responded to reports of a road traffic collision on Cromwell Road.
The caller reported that the collision occurred between an electric bike and a white Volvo.
The rider of the bike, a 17-year-old boy from Merseyside, sustained injuries to his left leg and was taken to hospital.
Enquiries into the incident are ongoing and as part of this, officers would like any witnesses, or anyone with CCTV or dashcam footage to contact them.
Police Constable Gary Powell, of the Roads and Crime Unit, said:
“We are urging anyone who may have witnessed what happened or who was in the area with dashcam or CCTV footage which may help aid our enquiries to contact us."
