Overnight works to resurface the B5129 through Shotton will start this week.
The first phase of resurfacing works — from the eastern side of Nelson Street to Shotton Lane — will be delivered under night-time convoy working arrangements starting on Wednesday, March 18th.
Work will be carried out between 7pm and 7am in order to minimise disruption during peak daytime traffic periods.
These arrangements are expected to be in place for two weeks.
Advance warning signage will be in place on site ahead of the commencement of night-time convoy working.
The dates outlined above reflect the current planned programme.
However, works remain subject to change in the event of unforeseen circumstances, such as adverse weather conditions or unexpected site constraints.
Further updates will be issued as the scheme progresses.
