At Citizens Advice in Flintshire, they have a great track record of raising funds for charity.
They've done sponsored Mud Runs, cycling challenges, swimming events and their fair share of fun runs in the past, but their very own Sara Jones is taking fundraising to the next level, with not one, but three races in 2023.
Session Supervisor, Sara, will take to the streets of Chester on October 8th and attempt to smash her £1,000 target by completing the Metric Marathon; the longest of her triple track endeavours.
Her total so far is just north of £700 and, as we say goodbye to September, there’s barely a week left to dig deep and show her the support she truly deserves!
“I’m very grateful for your support for this great local charity. Without you, my efforts are in vain! 2 out of 3 races complete and just one to go. But, it's the big one. Further than I have ever run before. Please keep sharing my JustGiving page and let's see how close we can get to my slightly bonkers target!”
