A Neston man has been jailed for dealing Class A drugs.
Wayne Knight, from Churchill Way in Neston, appeared at Chester Crown Court on 12th March to be sentenced after pleading guilty to being concerned in the supply of cocaine, four counts of possession of a Class C controlled drug (Diazepam, Zopiclone, Pregablin and Zapain, possession with intent to supply a controlled drug of Class A (cocaine).
The 42-year-old was sentenced to three years and nine months in prison.
Officers attended an address in Hooton on an unrelated matter and Knight was present.
He was searched and a bag of white powder was found which was subsequently found to be cocaine valued at £140 to £200. They also found three mobile phones in the house and £560 in cash in his sock.
Knight's property was then searched and officers seized Zapain, Pregablin, Zopiclone and Diazepam, all prescription drugs.
