Chester FC Women return to the Leap76 Stadium this weekend, as they welcome Mossley Hill Athletic looking to record a sensational seventh consecutive league win in a row.
The Blues are back in league action this weekend following a two week break after games against Altrincham and Hindley were both postponed in recent weeks due to adverse weather conditions.
Following Chester’s two week league absence, the Blues have seen their league position slip from second to fourth place in the table. The Seals currently find themselves with 28 points on the board and are without a league defeat since early September.
Suvday’s visitors Mossley Hill come into this weekend’s clash in very mixed form, with only one win in their last five games in the league. The side are currently placed in 6th place in the table having picked up five wins from twelve games played so far.
The two sides previously met last season in the league cup first round, with Mossley Hill coming out on top following a 3-2 victory.
