The Blues are looking to bounce back at the Deva in midweek as Spennymoor visit Cheshire.
Saturday’s eventful affair with Hereford saw Steve Watson’s men lead twice before being defeated 3-2 at home. It made it back-to-back league defeats, which have come after such a positive 5-0 success over Southport two weeks ago.
But the Blues can climb the table with a win in this game, as opponents Spennymoor sit one place and one point ahead.
They are now Joint Managed by Anthony Johnson and Bernard Morley, who took over in December after departing us the month prior following three and a half years in charge at the Deva.
Both sides were managerless in the reverse fixture back on 11th December, as Spennymoor won 4-2. Despite the Blues battling back from two goals down, a Glen Taylor brace saw the Moors claim all three points.
Kick off on Tuesday evening is 7.45pm.
