A man from Chester has been charged with multiple offences following an incident in the city centre.
Richard Cubitt, was arrested at around 7.37am on Thursday 27th March in the Souters Lane area of Chester.
The 55-year-old has since been charged with two counts of assault by beating, two counts common assault, assault on an emergency worker, criminal damage, racially aggravated harassment, using threatening language likely to cause distress and exposure.
Cubitt appeared at Chester Magistrates' court on Thursday 27th March, where he was remanded in custody to appear at the same court on Thursday 17th April.
