A man has been charged with burglary and drugs offences following a stop check by officers in Chester.
On the evening of 30th March officers from the Chester Beat Team were looking for a man wanted on suspicion of burglary.
They spotted a man on a bike and tried to stop him. He made off but the officers were able to detain him.
He was found with a number of items and a quantity of cannabis.
He was arrested and subsequently charged with possession with intent to supply a drug of Class B (Cannabis), possession of a knife, and burglary.
Matthew Green, 35, from Sealand Road, Chester is due to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on 1st April.
