Officers investigating an incident in Ellesmere Port have charged a man.
Luke Cooper, was arrested at around 12.48pm on Friday 20th June and has since been charged with wounding/inflicting bodily harm without intent.
The 35-year-old was also recalled to prison.
Cooper, of Mill Lane, Great Sutton, has been remanded in custody to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Saturday 21st June.
The charges relate to an incident at a commercial premises on Chester Road, Whitby, Ellesmere Port that occurred at around 5.45pm on Thursday 19th June.
