Gary Proudlove, of Cambridge Road in Chester, has been charged with conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis.
The 37-year-old was remanded and appeared at Chester Magistrates Court on Friday 21 May.
He is next due to appear at Chester Crown Court on Friday 18 June.

A 37-year-old man got woken up early this morning when detectives from the Serious and Organised Crime Unit executed a warrant at an address on Cambridge Road.
He was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to supply cocaine and cannabis and then taken into our custody where he will be questioned.
A search of the property led us to also seize cash and a quantity of drugs.
