Officers investigating the disorder at the Chester FC versus Brackley Town match have charged a man in connection with the incident.
Daniel John Jones was arrested on Tuesday 16 May in relation to the disorder at the game on Sunday 7 May.
The 33-year-old, of Durham Road, Chester, has since been charged with, failing to comply with a football banning order, throwing a missile at supporters and pitch invasion.
Jones has been released on unconditional bail to appear at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday 13 June 2023.
