A man has been charged with drugs offences following a traffic stop check in Chester.
At around 2.50pm on Monday 13th October, officers from Chester Proactive CID stopped a blue Audi on Sealand Road in Chester.
A number of items were discovered in the vehicle and the driver was arrested at the scene.
Gary Novelli, of Llys Padarn in Ewloe, has since been charged with possession with intent to supply class A drugs (cocaine) and possession of criminal property (cash).
The 49-year-old has been remanded in police custody and is set to appear at Chester Magistrates Court on Tuesday 14th October.
