Detectives investigating a series of burglaries and car thefts in Ellesmere Port and Chester have charged a man in connection with the incidents.
Kelvin Franklin, of Ellesmere Port, was arrested on Wednesday 30 November.
The 21-year-old has since been charged with two counts of fraud by false representation, three counts of theft of a motor vehicle, one count of burglary and two counts of being concerned in the supply of a class A (heroin and crack cocaine).
He appeared at Chester Magistrates’ Court on Thursday 1 December where he was remanded into custody; he is next set to appear at Chester Crown Court on Thursday 5 January 2023.
The charges relate to a series of burglaries and motor vehicle thefts in the Ellesmere Port and Chester areas.
