Police officers have charged a man following an assault in Neston.
David Tushingham, Ellesmere Port, was arrested on Friday 9 September following an incident that took place Brook Street, Neston.
The 32-year-old has since been charged with driving without due care and assault.
He has since been remanded in custody and is appearing at Warrington Magistrates’ Court today, Monday 12 September.
