Samantha Dixon MP has announced the winners of her annual Christmas Card Competition during festive visits to Buddies Out of School Club and Oldfield Primary School.
Penny and Rosie were revealed as this year’s winning young artists, with their two standout designs chosen to feature as the MP’s official digital Christmas card for 2025.
During the visits, the MP for Chester North and Neston presented festive prizes to the winners and awarded certificates to every pupil who took part. She praised the creativity on display across all entries.
The MP said:
“Thank you to everyone who took part in this year’s competition. The incredible talent shown by pupils made it extremely hard to pick a winner. I’m absolutely delighted with Penny and Rosie’s wonderful designs, which will be my official Christmas card this year.”
The MP also announced that, for the first time, her Christmas card will be fully digital. The money saved on printing will be donated to KidsBank Chester, supporting local families during the festive season.
